Identify your emotions

We are social beings and most of the time we need someone in our lives, but it turns into dependency precisely because we misunderstand this need and it ends up influencing our goals because we are guided by the opinions of others in so many situations.

Emotions are the language of the soul but unfortunately thoughts generate the emotion that then leads to behaviour. However we love emotions, we are addicted to them because they are the most authentic form with which we can convince ourselves that we live.

Our ability to cope with all the emotions in life depends on our ability to access, express and use all 8 primary emotions.

My challenge as a coach is to get you in touch with reality because most of the time conflict arises as a difference between what we feel and what we believe. Happiness is defined by everyone in their own way and most of the time we don’t have to do anything to feel it.
