 The body’s need to function within normal parameters will give us a warning signal at some point if something is wrong.

Attitude towards nutrition is essential but not easy for most people, especially when there are temptations everywhere we go.

My objective is to guide you to discover what is the smallest step in making a change towards a nutritionally healthy lifestyle, to look at nutrition from a different perspective and identify the factors that make us act impulsively, eat emotionally and then regret it.

I personally have gone through almost every diet that made sense to me, especially postpartum, but I slowly but surely gave up. We set out determined with the “by Monday” statement, believing we will move mountains with our motivation but slowly, slowly give up because they are not sustainable.

The truth is that most diets work but for the busy lifestyles, we all lead it seems too much to manage.

We will discover together what suits your lifestyle limiting the frustrations of the word “diet”
