Ingredients

Apples Peeled and grated

Eggs

Oats Milk
160 ml
Olive Oil
3 spoons
Whole Wheat Flour or Gluten Free
35 g
Whey Protein Powder
35 g
Baking Powder
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1
Flour, protein powder, olive oil, vanilla essence, cinnamon, vegetable milk.

Mix these ingredients in a bowl without the baking powder and sit aside.

Step 2
Apples

Wash, peel and grate the apples.

Step 3
Flour mixture and apples and baking powder

Add the grated apples over the flour mixture and baking powder, mix it all together.

Step 4
Apple mixture

In a pan of your choice pour the mixture in and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

Step 5
Remove from the oven .

Let it cool down .
